We specialise in beautifully curated mid-term stays, with most of our guests choosing to stay for around three months. Each home is thoughtfully styled and fully equipped, blending the character of a private residence with the ease and service of a luxury stay.
Because the majority of our bookings are for three months or longer, we operate outside the short-stay category. This means the 90-day rule for holiday lets does not apply, allowing us to deliver a seamless and uninterrupted experience, with all the privacy and consistency expected from a premium rental.
During the peak summer months of June, July and August, when demand is at its highest, we offer stays ranging from one to three months. This ensures every guest enjoys the space, discretion and elevated standard of living that define the Staay London experience.
